Between 1999 and 2001, Pep Bonet photographs the street and life of Cubans. He captures the dark shadows of the streets of Havana and it’s people trying to survive through heavy times of economical sanctions. Since 1961, the United States imposed a complete trade¬†embargo¬†against Cuba, due of being a important Soviet ally in the Americas.
