indonesian erasmus huis fellowship amsterdam 2016

The annual¬†Erasmus Huis Fellowship is a residency and mentorship program for promising young Indonesian photojournalists. Each year the fellow is chosen from alumni of Indonesia’s Permata Photojournalists Grant¬†(PGG). The selected fellow is hosted for a week-long residency in Amsterdam under the mentorship of Kadir van Lohuizen during the World Press Photo Awards Days.

In 2016 the Erasmus Huis Fellowship Program was held for the third time. Kadir and the NOOR Education team hosted fellowship winner Dwi Prasetya, a photojournalist for Bisnis Indonesia Daily. During Dwi’s fellowship and residency in Amsterdam (21 April to 3 May) Dwi made a photo story ‘Soft Drug Policy’ under Kadir’s guidance. Please find Dwi’s photo story below.
