1. General

1.1. These Terms and Conditions apply to all donations made to NOOR Images (“hereinafter referred to as NOOR”), a registered foundation in the Netherlands with registered number 34269588 and registered office at Overhoeksplein 2, 1031 KS Amsterdam.

1.2. The Donor acknowledges and agrees that these Terms and Conditions are legally binding for the purposes of the donation.

1.3. NOOR reserves the right to amend or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will take effect upon posting on our website (https://www.noorimages.com/), and the Donor will be informed by NOOR directly about the changes. 

2. Donations 

2.1. All donations are final and irrevocable, and once the donation has taken place the Donor shall not claim any refund from NOOR. 

2.2. All donations can be made via payment methods such as PayPal, credit card, or bank transfer to NOOR’s bank account details, which will be provided upon the Donor’s request. 

2.3. NOOR reserves the right to refuse or refund the donation at its discretion without providing a reason. Should the donation be made and NOOR decide to refund it, the amount will be refunded to the Donor’s payment method used for the donation. 

3. Use of Donations

3.1. NOOR guarantees that the donated funds will be used to support the mission and activities of NOOR.

3.2. The Donor may request that the donated funds be used for specific purposes; nevertheless, NOOR reserves the right to use the donation funds wherever it deems necessary to fulfill the purposes and objectives of its operations.

4. Rights and Obligations of the Donor

4.1. The Donor shall provide all necessary information required for the donation transaction and process, including the donation amount and payment method details, and is responsible for the accuracy of this information. 

4.2. The Donor may request any information about the use of the donation from NOOR at any time. 

4.3. The donations can be made either as a one-off or periodically by the Donor and are subjected to varying tax refunds as per Dutch law. These Terms and Conditions apply separately to each donation. 

5.1 Liability

5.1. NOOR shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages or losses in connection with the donation process, including but not limited to loss of data, profit, or revenue, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.

5.2. NOOR shall not be held responsible for the unauthorized use of a credit or bank card in any transaction made for the donation. The donor is responsible to notify the card provider upon becoming aware of the unauthorized use.

6. Privacy Statement

6.1. NOOR guarantees that the processing activities for the purposes of making donations comply with the provisions of GDPR and other applicable privacy regulations in the Netherlands, as stated in NOOR’s privacy policy and in accordance with these Donation Terms and Conditions.

6.2. It is accepted that by agreeing to these Donation Terms and Conditions, the Donor is also deemed to have read and accepted our privacy policy.

7. Governing Law 

7.1. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the Dutch law, and any claims, disputes, or actions relating to them shall be resolved by the courts of Amsterdam, the Netherlands, which shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
